My background has been in occupational therapy and biofeedback/holistic health.  I have added a spiritual dimension including card reading. The holistic treatment involves biofeedback and other self-regulation therapies. The goal is to enhance well-being and health.  The image of Raphael, the Archangel of Healing, reflects my interest in spiritual development and mind/body renewal.  

 

Self-regulation therapies can be used to treat a variety of disorders such as chronic headaches, anxiety-related symptoms, gastrointestinal problems, hypertension, and cancer. Often those who learn such behavioral techniques are able to decrease reliance on medications. 

 

I also assist clients in addressing important life questions and decisions through the use of faith and spiritual resources. Sessions range in length from 30 minutes to an hour. 

 

I do not process health insurance, but my fees are modest. I look forward to serving you.
